Before and After

A smile you can hide behind! To the left me a couple years back, to the right a few months ago, you can change your mind set, simply by investing into yourself! My mind has grown but my outer shape has gotten smaller! Through dedication, support and education (correct education) you can make that change! Maybe 3 years ago my decision to change my life was in preparation for this last year! It scares me to think if I didn’t make that change where would I be or wouldn’t be today! The harsh reality is what it is! I LOVE myself more than I ever have, through my craft I have always known that I love to make a difference to others through knowledge and education, today I had feel this journey solidified many of my thoughts, I am a TRUE leader, a inspirer and most of all given a gift of delivering a “message”! No mountain is too big, I am always up for challenge! In life I have to navigate these challenges, however the power of making the challenge is my destiny! Mental health is about dealing with the challenges that face you, never underestimate the power behind those who a dealing with it! The power to make a difference, the power in influence! Some obstacles are bigger for some, remember what may seem nothing to you, may be the world to others!
