On my ride this morning I took this picture! Then at home as I am running around the house I was yet again feeling like I have this cloud above me, threatening to down pour! Hahahaha I had a chuckle that I just came in from one and I was ok, so when I saw this quote I said to myself heck, I face the elements outdoors all the time, I just need to prepare myself for the conditions! Mentally and emotionally we need to do the same! The conditions change all the time, but it’s how we prepare for them that’s what helps us! Not knowing is anxiety, being prepared is confidence!
