Day 363

DAY 363 -Happy Sunday-

I am about to leave the house it’s weird I am leaving around the same time I normally am getting home, big two days ahead, as my thoughts, KM’s and hours on the saddle draw close to day 365, I choose this quote as last night I felt the overwhelming need to give thanks to everyone, so I did!! Today as I am sitting here preparing for my ride I can’t help to think of how I sat here a year ago and how mentally, physically and emotionally how I have changed through all my struggles, I have lived, i have loved, I have lost, I have given and received, most of all it is the TIME, and memories that I hold onto. So I am grateful I found my strength, it’s all about the journey, I have ALWAYS believed in! Today i will ride, not for exercise, or Speed my KM’s have been set now for over a week! Now I let the elements in, appreciate all the sights and smell and take the next few days and embrace them, I will take final stage of my journey out to the Cove Making sure my timing is bang on!
