Happy Friday!


Up early feeling pretty good considering!! Crazy emotional stress with areas of my life that really I chasing problems that I had no fault in or controlled over, so now I find myself investing so much time dealing with correcting them as they snowball! However keeping a clear mindset and thinking positive! Physically I am sore ( in a good way) as I started introducing more core and resistant training to my care plan! Pretty cool! Only three different exercises for each muscle group on rotation with 2 days off, still biking every day to support my cardio, just want to tone up now! Happy Friday all! ❤️
