My ride in November 2017, 1500km’s in 30 days! In SILENCE! To end mid span Lions gate, 3 markers placed along my final ride, 3 markers represented people whom I knew dealing with mental health! The last marker was placed at the 1500 km mark mid span Lions Gate as this was the end of a long time clients life! Both where choices! Today having someone to TRUST to Talk to and to have those ears to LISTEN too so important!!! Please be the advocate, the person to turn to or if you are the one “LET ME BE THE ONE!”
