I made it downtown today, purposely rode the same route as yesterday, thinking about changing however I didn’t! I am super stiff but got better as my ride progressed

I am at the Convention Centre and wanted to share this clip! The mirror is a textile an object that we use for many positive reason, for some not so much, for a long time many avoid this, avoiding themselves avoiding self pain! Today I look at this and it’s dark! However, to know the other side will be better love yourself, make TIME and self care, work on yourself and love yourself!! 🙏❤️🙏❤️ today is a brand new day the start of tomorrow! A better tomorrow! Just MAKE TIME!
