Just sitting here at convention center looking out at the North Shore, pretty cool to think that we live in such an amazing place! Hard to believe I have travelled so many times across the bridges, up the mountain and out the best corner of the North Shore - Deep Cove, the human body is amazing!! It truly is a reflection of your lifestyle! You can build and shape, work it receptively and lean it, you can feed it or over feed it! We can run it clean or choose run it on crap! The beautiful thing is when you truly give it some love, treat it right, it truly responds with so many positive amazing things that I promise you there is nothing like FEELING amazing, and not to mention “You look FANTASTIC”
So I promise you, you can do it! The gains are amazing! Give it a go! TRY! If I can do it- anyone can!!!
